Test connectivity to a setup’s controllerExperimental

POST 
/networks/:networkId/controller-managed-setups/:setupName/controllers/:name?action=test

Queues a connectivity test on the Collector that collects from the setup, and returns immediately. The result appears in the controller’s testResult (see with=testResult on the get-all operation) once the Collector finishes.
