Set the network’s link overrides

PUT 
/networks/:networkId/link-overrides

Replaces all of the network’s link overrides.

This operation doesn’t affect any existing Snapshots, but it will affect the network’s next Snapshot. To immediately apply changes to an existing Snapshot, follow up with Apply recent link override changes (requires Snapshot reprocessing).
