Replace link overrides at a SnapshotDeprecated
PUT/snapshots/:snapshotId/topology/overrides
Replaces all link overrides previously saved for the Snapshot.
Deprecated for removal in release 26.11. Use Set the network’s link overrides instead, followed by Apply recent link override changes when ready to invalidate and reprocess the Snapshot.
