SSH Custom Prompts

Some devices directly use the password prompt supplied by their remote AAA server when performing authorization.

Forward Enterprise can be configured to correctly parse custom (non-default) prompts.

To configure custom prompts, navigate to Collection --> Collection Settings --> Collector.

List all custom prompts in the SSH authentication section at the bottom of the page.

A prompt will match if it includes the whole string (case doesn’t matter). Exclude the ”: ” at the end, this is included automatically.
