Classification banner
Classification banners are shown on every page of a network. Can be used to indicate the network’s security classification.
To create a Classification banner, navigate to Settings > Accounts > Notices, click on "Add
classification banner", provide a "Message", select a banner background color from the dropdown menu and select the list
of networks for which you want the banner to be displayed:

The banner is shown at the top as soon as it is saved:

Only the Org Admin can add, update, and remove a banner.
