Cluster Diagnostics

The diagnostic tool identifies common issues in the cluster or the operating system of the node it is executed on. It runs a series of tests depending on the node type, number of nodes in the deployment, and type of deployment.

Generate Diagnostics

1. SSH into a cluster node.
2. Select Troubleshooting > Diagnostics from the TUI.
3. The tool will run diagnostic tests and generate a diagnostics bundle.

The generated bundle can be shared with Forward Networks engineers for further analysis.

tip

1. It is recommended to run this tool on all cluster nodes to obtain node-level diagnostics.
2. Cluster-level diagnostics are automatically included when run from a primary node.
